The 2021 MTV Video Music Awards will be held on September 12, 2021, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. This marks the first time since 2013 that the venue will host the show. The show is set to be hosted by American rapper and singer Doja Cat (Wikipedia).
Here is the synopsis: “The 2021 show will feature epic performances from the biggest names in music and bring fans together from across the globe to celebrate the return of live entertainment. Stars scheduled to appear include Chloe Bailey, Shawn Mendes, Doja Cat, Twenty One Pilots, Olivia Rodrigo, Lil Nas X, Camila Cabello, Lorde and Machine Gun Kelly.”
