Superman & Lois returns for Season 3 on March 14, 2023 on The CW.

Season 3 Episode 5 is titled “Head On” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Clark and General Lane are both having a hard time giving Lois room to make her own decisions. Meanwhile, Lana and Sarah have a run-in with an old friend at the diner. Lastly, Natalie has a surprise visitor.”
