Superman & Lois returns for Season 3 on March 14, 2023 on The CW.

Season 3 Episode 6 is titled “Of Sound Mind” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Clark finds himself in uncharted territory, and Lois bonds with a new friend. Meanwhile, Superman pays Bruno Mannheim a surprise visit. Lastly, Lana puts Sarah in charge while she away at a meeting with Chrissy.”
