Superman & Lois returns for Season 3 on March 14, 2023 on The CW.

Season 3 Episode 7 is titled “Forever and Always” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Lois and Clark dig deeper on Bruno Mannheim, starting with his connections to Hob’s Bay Medical Center, while Jonathan and Jordan panic at home over Lois’ dire diagnosis. Meanwhile, Matteo comes to Smallville to meet John Henry for the first time, and Sarah and Chrissy start to break the ice.”
