Alex Priest #3 and #4 Comics Review ( @arledgecomics ) from @kleffnotes

Alex Priest is back! Admittedly Alex Priest has been back for a little while, but I only recently was able to pick up a copy of the third and fourth issues of the series. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Alex Priest, the genderqueer vampire hunter, works for an agency known as Living Corpses that Bite (LC & B), but when it appears that vampires have found a way to do magic they are going to have to team up with their ex, Janelle Garcia from Demon Eradication And Denial (DEAD LLC). The first two issues sucked me in and issues three and four definitely did not disappoint. Continue reading “Alex Priest #3 and #4 Comics Review ( @arledgecomics ) from @kleffnotes”

Strange Waters Kickstarter Comic Review from @kleffnotes

Strange Waters is currently being Kickstarted by Arledge Comics, which is a publisher that I have showcased on The Nerdy Girl Express a number of times. They provide diverse LGBTQ+ representation in their books, including one of my favorites Alex Priest. This new anthology was previously being made by Haunted Cosmos Press, but was purchased by Arledge Press because they saw a great deal of potential and wanted to help bring this book to life. This book is made entirely by queer creators and presents 15 stories with a focus on water. Continue reading “Strange Waters Kickstarter Comic Review from @kleffnotes”
