The Rookie returns for Season 5 on September 25, 2022. The Rookie moves to Tuesdays beginning January 3, 2023.

Season 5 Episode 20 is titled “S.T.R” Here is the synopsis: ” Officer Tim Bradford’s ex-wife returns and asks the team to help her save someone from her undercover past. Isabel’s return also creates additional pressure in Lucy and Tim’s relationship as they assist in the search.”
