Still Star-Crossed, based on the book by Melinda Taub, premieres May 29 on ABC. It is a period piece drama and meant to be a sequel to the “Romeo and Juliet” saga.
The episode is titled “In Fair Verona, We Lay Our Scene” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “The premiere of the drama about the Montagues and Capulets following the tragic deaths of Romeo and Juliet. First up: the rivaly between the families escalates; and a new royal takes the throne and struggles to determine what is best for his city.”
Still Star-Crossed is produced by ShondaLand (Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder) and ABC Studios.
