If you are a fan of The Dick Van Dyke Show, you’re in for a treat. On December 14, CBS will air in color two episodes of the classic sitcom.
The Dick Van Dyke Show aired from 1961 to 1966 and remains one of television history’s beloved sitcoms.
The episodes that will be shown in color are “Where Did I Come From?” (Original air date January 3, 1962). Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Six-year-old Richie asks his parents the inevitable “where did I come from?” question, and they recall the days before his birth.” The second episode is titled “Never Bathe on Saturday” (Original air date March 31, 1965). Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “The Petries’ romantic second honeymoon becomes a disaster when Laura’s toe gets caught in a bath spout.”
