“In 2015, Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester on The CW’s long running show Supernatural) started the Always Keep Fighting campaign. The talented actor courageously revealed his own struggles with anxiety and depression. In a year’s time, Always Keep Fighting became a community rooted in compassion helping countless people across the globe realize that they weren’t alone in dealing with anxiety and depression.
I Am Not Invisible: Always Keep Fighting Poetry In Honor of Jared Padalecki & Others is a collection of poetry that seeks to recognize and support the desire to Always Keep Fighting despite the powerful grip of anxiety and depression.”
So writes author Tracy Miller about her book I Am Not Invisible: Always Keep Fighting Poetry In Honor Jared Padalecki & Others.
Tracy is a writer who has a passion for writing poetry. She can often be found on social media providing poetry to encourage and comfort. Speaking with Tracy she says: “I want my Twitter line to be positive.” She will never engage in negativity of any kind and values persons and organizations that want to help people.
To that end, Tracy is an active suppoter of Attitudes In Reverse founded by Trish Baker, an organization that strives to educate on the understanding so compassion can be shown for those suffering from depression and other mental illnesses. Working in conjunction with Supernatural’s Jared Padalecki’s Always Keep Fighting campaign, Attitudes In Reverse (known as AIR) is constantly giving its time to help those in need.
Tracy loves Attitudes In Reverse and Jared Padalecki’s message and what they’re trying to do, so that’s was one of the reason she wrote the Always Keep Fighting poetry and decided to donate a portion of the proceeds to Attitudes In Reverse. She believes in ‘Attitudes In Reverse and Always Keep Fighting Stronger Together.’ Tracy is pleased that her poetry book will be released on Jared’s birthday July 19.
