The Stranger Things kids have become quite famous. I mean come on, they took on the dreaded Demogorgon and defeated it…..or did they?

As you know, there are two sides to every story. Is the Demogorgon really the bad guy or was he just defending himself? These are things I need to know. The truth behind the creature.

So I decided to hunt down someone special to get his side of the story.

It took me some time to track down the Demogorgon, as well as a lot of courage. Have you seen that thing???? Scar-y! Being a little nervous that he would eat me or ya know, take me back to the Upside Down, I approached him with caution. I was tickled pink when he agreed to do this interview for NGE. As he said, this gives us a chance to get to know him and his side of the story, then we’ll know who the real bad guy is.

Hello Mr. Demogorgon, I’d like to thank you for the opportunity to speak with you. I have to say I am a big fan.

      The name is Frank, not Demogorgon. No one even tried to get my name. Thanks for this, I’ve been waiting to get my side of the story out since those little crybabies made this all out to be my fault. HA! Not even close.

It’s nice to meet you, Frank. How did this all begin? As far as we know, you just started taking people.

       That’s what they’d like you to think. You know, I was in my own world, minding my own business. My nice, dark, cold, little world. I wasn’t messing with no one. Then out of no where, this little girl decides to come into my world. MY WORLD. And she didn’t even ask, didn’t knock, nothing, just popped herself right on in. You know she came a few times and didn’t even speak to me?! She didn’t even seem to notice me the first few times. You come into my world and you don’t even bother to say hi. Rude!

So what happened when Eleven finally did come up to you? From what we saw, you tried to kill her.

       Did you see me try to kill her or did you think you saw it?

Well, they did cut away and all we heard was her screaming.
     
      If I wanted to kill her, I would have. At that point, she had been coming and going so much it was driving me crazy. So when she popped up once again and touched me, she frightened me, I about jumped out of my skin. I turned and screamed, wouldn’t you if someone snuck up on you? It’s not exactly like I can see very well with this mouth of mine.

So you’re saying you weren’t trying to hurt Eleven?

      Definitely not. She scared me. Did I want to scare her? Of course, I was hoping she wouldn’t come back and I come go back to my normal life. But that didn’t happen.

No, that didn’t happen. What did happen is you came out of the Upside Down. You kidnapped Will. Care to explain?

      Eleven coming through so much created doors between my world and yours. Are you telling me you wouldn’t go through? Say you fly to a new place, you gonna just stay in the plane or are you gonna get off and explore?  Kidnapped is such a strong word. I didn’t kidnap Will. I saw him riding his bike with his friend and it looked fun. I just wanted to play, but he ran. I followed him to his house to try to explain I wasn’t bad. I guess my face scared him. i thought if I brought him back to my world, I wouldn’t look as scary and we could be friends. But when we got there, he ran and I couldn’t find him.

If you were just trying to make friends, why did you take Barb and attack all the others?

      I was just trying help Barb. I could smell her blood and could tell it was a pretty serious thumb cut. I can’t help it that she freaked out in my world. If she wouldn’t have freaked, I wouldn’t have had to pull her back into that pool and she might still be alive. She was a nice girl. I do feel bad about that. My mistake.
      As for the attacks, are you serious? ELEVEN COMES INTO MY WORLD OVER AND OVER AND OVER and it’s fine. I come to yours and I’m some demon killing thing. I want to play with Will so I’m deemed a kidnapper. What do they say? Expect the worst, get the worst. I tried to explain things to Joyce, she freaked out too. Then everyone started trying to kill me. What was I suppose to do, just roll over and let them kill me? I was defending myself after they LURED me here.

What you’re saying is this has all been a misunderstanding?

     No, I’m saying this WAS a misunderstanding. It no longer is. You people knew what you were doing, I didn’t. I was minding my own business. Several times I tried to explain myself and all you humans did was try to kill me. It’s on now. All is fair game.

Can we expect you in Season 2?

    Like I’m going to spoil it. I thought I left enough clues for you guys to figure it out.

Interesting. I’d like to thank you again for taking the time and explaining your side of things. Is there anything else you’d like to say, my signal is weak and I’m about to lose my connection?

   Don’t play in dark places if you can’t hang Upside Down.

There you have it folks, straight from Frank’s…..mouth. It’s interesting hearing his side of the story. He sure doesn’t seem like the monster they made him out to be. I mean guys, he could have dropped through my ceiling and took me but look I’m still here. I’d have to give Frank some credit. I can’t wait to see what season two has in store for us. This series is most definitely one of my favorites.
