Who will win a Daytime Emmy? Find out when the 47th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards airs Friday, June 26, 2020.
The 47th Daytime Emmy Awards, presented by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), will honor the best in U.S. daytime television programming in 2019. The NATAS originally planned to hold it for over three nights for the first time on June 12–14, 2020 at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California.[2] However, all public events related to it were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the awards were delayed to June 26 with virtual ceremonies via remote video production. The ceremonies will air on CBS, marking the first time that the Daytime Emmys will broadcast on U.S. TV since 2015 (after being relegated to streaming media), and the first time on a broadcast network since 2011 (Wikipedia).
