Season 2 Episode 4 is titled “The Illusion of Choice” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Mikaela and Tommy help Jayden transform into a Scorpio after he learns that his dream apartment has astrological-sign requirements; Neil attempts to raise mayoral awareness by putting his face on trash cans in the city.”
