The final season of the saga of the queens of France, England and Scotland comes to Netflix in the US on June 24 with the release of Reign Season 4.
In Season 4 of Reign, Queen Mary of Scotland (Adelaide Kane) sought to take the throne of England away from her cousin Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten). Her relationship with Lord Darnley (Will Kemp) is filled with uncertainty as he begins to scheme to ensure his power as King of Scotland. Opposition from Reverend John Knox (Jonathan Goad), who resented a woman on the Scottish throne, plotted Mary’s downfall. Mary finds love with Lord Bothwell (Adam Croasdale) and gives birth to an heir. Meanwhile in France, King Charles (Spencer MacPherson) faced mental demons, fell in love with Nicole (Ann Pirvu) and saw the return of younger brother Henri (Nick Slater).
