Reflect on Just How Creepy These Things Are

A couple of weeks ago I discussed how terrifying ventriloquist dummies are and I had hoped to do another “things Katherine is afraid of” article before Halloween, but over at The Nerdy Girl Express Halloween we’ll just be spooky all year round. Scary Things That Happen in the Dark

I’m not sure if this is actually a ghost story, but it is something that happened to me when I was really little and it scared the bejeezus out of me. When I was younger I used to get super excited about the first day of school and the night before I wouldn’t be able to get a wink of sleep. I would just lay in bed waiting for the morning to come thinking about how amazing school would be. When I got older I would just stay up reading until I fell asleep, but when I was super young I at least pretended to sleep when I was supposed to.
