He Was a Good Dog

A Review of Cujo

There are few people in the world who can write a scary story quite like Stephen King. A few days ago I caught a Halloween movie marathon on AMC and I was able to re-watch one of my favorite story‚Äôs he has written and has been made into a movie, Cujo. Continue reading “He Was a Good Dog”

Yeah, That Cabin Doesn’t Look Evil At All

It’s Halloween Week! Not only is this the week to be spooky, kooky, and creepy, it’s also the week Ash vs Evil Dead premieres on Starz. While probably more of a Christmas movie than a Halloween one, I always include it in my All Hallows Eve lists because of its themes and the character of Edward. Whether you consider it one way or another, this modern fairy tale is definitely worth a watch. Continue reading “It’s Boring Playing Rock, Paper, Scissors with Edward Scissorhands”

Scary Things That Happen in the Dark

When I was younger I used to get super excited about the first day of school and the night before I wouldn’t be able to get a wink of sleep. I would just lay in bed waiting for the morning to come thinking about how amazing school would be. When I got older I would just stay up reading until I fell asleep, but when I was super young I at least pretended to sleep when I was supposed to. Yes, I know I’m a huge nerd, but it’s okay I embrace my super nerdiness. Continue reading “Scary Things That Happen in the Dark”
