Brain Food from @kleffnotes: Brainy Breakfast ( @iZombieWriters @CWiZombie )

This quick and easy meal can be breakfast, a snack, or really any meal you want and only requires three ingredients. While you cozy up to watch the latest episode of iZombie enjoy this brainy breakfast dish.


1/4 cup grits

1 cup water

1 tablespoon strawberry jam

In a medium sized microwave safe bowl put in your grits, then add water.

Stir slightly to ensure all grits are incorporated.

Then add tablespoon of strawberry jam to the center of the bowl.

Microwave for 3 minutes.

Let stand for 1 minute, then stir and remove from microwave.

This super quick and easy recipe can also have milk added or you can even use different jams if you like.
