Happy Birthday #GH ‘s Wes Ramsey @wesramsey Peter via @stacyamiller85 @GeneralHospital #GH57 #GeneralHospital

October 6 is actor Wes Ramsey’s (Peter, General Hospital) birthday.

The first time I saw Wes Ramsey was on The WB/CW’s supernatural drama Charmed when he played the adult version of Leo and Piper’s (Holly Marie Combs and Brian Krause) son Wyatt.  Ramsey got to show audiences his acting depth by playing an evil character before Wyatt turned good again.

Wes has appeared in film and addition to Charmed, prime time television series such as Pretty Little Liars, Grey’s Anatomy, CSI: NY, Heroes and House. He is no stranger to daytime having played Guiding Light’s Sam and Days of Our Lives’ Owen. Wes met current girlfriend Laura Wright (General Hospital’s Carly) on the set of Guiding Light.

Wes Ramsey currently spends his days on General Hospital as Peter August, a complicated character with an interesting family legacy. Born Henrik Faison, he is the son of crazed killer/super villain Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and super WSB spy Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). A thirst for revenge against his maniacal father caused Peter to set a plan in motion that lead to the death of his half brother Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Now, Peter is seeking redemption while hoping to rebuild his friendship with Maxie (Kirsten Storms).

So on this your birthday Wes, I wish you continued success with her career and much happiness.
