Today is Create-A-Creampuff Day for Silas Orientation Week and I am here to help you force, I mean politely convince, all the people in your life who haven’t watched Carmilla yet to start watching. Now it’s key that they start watching the first three episodes today and send you a picture proving that they are watching with the hashtag, #CreateACreampuff. Now for some quick tips and tricks to get dozens and dozens of brand new Creampuffs.

Baked good bribery: If you live near or with the person you are challenging offer to reward their decision by offering them creampuffs for being a creampuff. You can either make them the tasty dessert from scratch or, do what I would do, and grab some from the store. If you go this route make sure to buy extras, I mean why shouldn’t you reward yourself for already being a Creampuff with some creampuffs. If they’d prefer something chocolaty then try the method that motivates Laura and give them chocolate chip cookies.

Carmilla and Chill: Who doesn’t like a cozy night in? Offer to live tweet, text, tumblr, Skype, or even in person watch the series with them. Get piles of blankets and pillows and cozy up for the day, or night, and just watch as much as you can. With proper snacks and drinks I’m sure you and as many people as you invite could make it through all three seasons that already exist.

Trap them with a virgin sacrifice: This option only exists if you are trying to convince a vampire to watch Carmilla. Do not attempt to tie up a human being and force them to watch Carmilla, no matter how good it is. If you do have a leather clad octogenarian roommate with anemia then the decision is up to you. Don’t forget to bring backup should you be battling a vampire and make sure to reward them with blood for putting up with your attack attempts.

Flood them with photos: Send them as many pics, gifs, quotes, screencaps, fan art, or anything else you can think of that shows just how amazing Carmilla is. I mean how can they resist those faces?

Or you could just ask them politely to check out the show that means so much to you, but where’s the fun in that?
