The Bi Line: Slo Pitch Review from @kleffnotes

After much anticipation and what felt like an eternity of waiting, Slo Pitch finally came out on KindaTV. Now I do know some people could watch the series before it released on this YouTube channel, but because I live in the United States I had to wait. For those who haven’t heard of this series it is a queer comedy focused on a softball team. The series was created by J Stevens, Gwenlyn Cumyn, and Karen Knox, the former two I had the pleasure of interviewing for another series they¬†were a part of Barbelle. Fangirl Freakouts: Barbelle S2 Eps 1-6 ( @BARBELLE_SERIES @KindaTV_ ) from @kleffnotes

I filmed this video before the Barbelle finale and am focusing on episodes 1 through 6, since those were the episodes out when I did get a chance to film. I am planning a follow-up video to chat the rest of the season a little bit later in May.¬†In case you haven’t seen it I also had a chance to ask the creators and stars of the show, Gwenlyn Cumyn and Karen Knox, some questions about everything Season Two. While this isn’t technically a My Kinda Recaps, think of it as a bit of a blast from the past. S Word w/ Vanessa Lengies Review ( @KindaTV_ @littlelengies @soulpancake ) from @kleffnotes

After a massive hiatus, last month KindaTV streamed the SoulPancake series, S Word w/ Vanessa Lengies. KindaTV has done this sort of streaming for other sites before, Pot Luck was also a series that streamed on their site after an initial release on another platform. S Word fits very strongly within the mission of KindaTV and delves into topics of sexuality and gender. I thought I would share some of my thoughts about the series and the topics that it delves into. If you love Carmilla and are looking for something to fill the void with no current Carmilla content I thought I’d give you some Carmilla-esque reading suggestions. These are sort of all over the place, I didn’t just want to suggest vampire books. Continue reading “My Kinda Recaps: Things to Read if You Love @carmillaseries ( @KindaTV_ ) from @kleffnotes”
