A year after the death of an eight year old girl, another girl has vanished and the police have accepted the help of a medium to try and find this second victim. Okay, the Season Finale of Supernatural “Alpha and Omega” aired on May 25. I was 11 years old when the original miniseries Roots premiered on ABC back in 1976. I remember the profound impact it had. In the days before social media, thoughts were shared in person regarding the feelings stirred when watching it. I remember the conversations of my teachers and classmates. But more importantly what my mom’s response. When I asked her about Roots, she quite simply said it was the story of a family’s struggle and their pride for who they were.

Lauren Graham definitely knows alot about being a fast talker. It was an attribute that became her character trademark when she portrayed lovable mom and inn owner Lorelei Gilmore in the much loved show, Gilmore Girls.
