Brain Food from @kleffnotes: Spicy Brain Cocktail ( @iZombieWriters @CWiZombie )

I will admit I stole this recipe from Blaine’s dad. A little while back we were shown a group of zombies eating brain cocktail, shrimp cocktail with brains for the shrimp, and I decided I would throw together my own version. Now technically this recipe is really just for how to make spicy cocktail sauce, but still very tasty. Tonight we’ll also be announcing our contest winner during the East Coast airing of iZombie.

Ingredients

Shrimp

Ketchup

Horseradish

Sriracha

I like to avoid measuring whenever possible so this recipe really involves mixing ingredients based on taste.

First combine some ketchup and sriracha and stir together

Then add horseradish and stir until completely combined

Continue adding ketchup, sriracha, and horseradish until you get it to the spice level that you like

To make your brain cocktail look exceptionally fancy serve in a large wine or martini glass
