Brain Food from @kleffnotes: Scrambled Brains ( @iZombieWriters @CWiZombie )

This recipe turned out even brainier than I expected! With only two major ingredients you can wow your hoard with a quick and easy breakfast meal at any time of day. Enjoy these very pink and quick and easy scrambled brains with this week’s new episode of iZombie.


2 eggs (egg whites only) or 1/2 cup egg whites

1/4 cup crushed tomatoes

Tabasco or hot sauce of choice

Cooking spray

First you will need a skillet and a small bowl. In the small bowl combine your egg whites and 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes and whisk together with a fork

Turn your burner on medium and spray lightly with cooking spray

Pour in egg and tomato mixture and using a fork or other cooking implement continuously move the mixture so it doesn’t burn

Once fully cooked remove from heat and pour into a bowl (Don’t forget to turn off your burner)

Then add hot sauce to taste

Seriously so quick and easy and it looks exceptionally pink. I thought it tasted like a loose quiche and think you could add cheese or any other vegetables to make more of an omelette consistency.
