Brain Food from @kleffnotes: Banana Brain Pudding ( @iZombieWriters @CWiZombie )

Can you believe we’re already on episode 10 of this season? With the season flying by I thought I’d share another quick and easy recipe that can let you get brainy in the kitchen. You can also totally use this recipe to enter our Brain Food iZombie Giveaway!

Ingredients

1 5.1 oz or 6 serving package of banana pudding

3 cups milk

1 container of either fresh or frozen strawberries

Nilla Wafers

If using frozen strawberries you will need to defrost them

If using fresh begin cutting up the berries

Once either defrosted or cut, mash strawberries up until roughly pureed

In a medium to large size bowl combine milk and pudding mix

Whisk together roughly 3 minutes

Pour strawberries into pudding mix

Combine together until strawberries are fully incorporated

Pour into a 13 inch x 11 inch pan

Cover with clear wrap or aluminum foil and let chill

Decorate top with nilla wafers and serve

My brother loves banana pudding and he’s actually what gave me the idea for this recipe. It’s really easy and perfect for a summer party. You can also feel free to use as many nilla wafers as you like.

Let me know if you try out this recipe and if you do, I’d love to see pictures. Share them with us on Twitter, @thenerdygirlexp. Any pictures you take can enter you into our giveaway!
