In the battle of The Best CW Villains Who You Hate To Love Or Love To Hate, the viewers have spoken: Supernatural’s Mr. Ketch is the winner!

Actor David Haydn-Jones left an indelible imprint on the hearts and minds of Supernatural fans in his stunning portrayal of the elusive Arthur Ketch, the murderous disciple of the British Men of Letters (BMOL). In the short time that he graced Supernatural in Season 12, Haydn-Jones mesmerized viewers. In a season that saw the Winchester brothers (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) tackling their share of monsters as well as Lucifer, the dapper Brit emerged as a formidable opponent. Even with the lack of a backstory, Haydn-Jones succeeded with his skilled and nuanced performances in adding layers to this intriguing character.

The poll was conducted by Malice Corp. Some of the other contenders for the title included The Flash’s Killer Frost; Arrow’s Deathstroke, Adrian Chase aka Prometheus and Arrow’s Malcom Merlyn and The Flash’s Eobard Thawne (Both also appeared in Legends of Tomorrow).
