Wentworth Prison has changed Bea Smith forever.  After all she’s seen and been through, the person Bea was before is gone forever.

Upon her arrival at Wentworth, Bea was caught in the middle of the prison rivalry  between Franky Doyle and Jacs Holt. Both these women thought they ran Wentworth and were determined to eliminate the other.  Bea was caught in the crosshairs.

Her interfering with Jacs’ deadly plans for Franky placed her on Holt’s hit list with tragic consequences for her naive teenage daughter, Debbie.

Bea Smith’s life became about getting revenge. First against Jacs, then Braeden, Jacs’ son. Smith successfully ended Jacs’ reign of terror at Wentworth but lost a part of her soul in the process. She became a murderer.
