In this article, I’m going to ask the question who was the more dangerous person in Wentworth Prison, prisoner Jacqueline (Jacs Holt) or Governor Joan Ferguson.

In order to argue this case, let’s examine the evidence:
Jacs Holts
- Ran drugs through the prison
- Burned Franky’s hand in the steam press
- Had Bea Smith attacked
- Responsible for prison riot
- Requested son Braeden date Bea’s daughter Debbie
- Threatened Debbie to Bea
- Had son Braeden kill Debbie
Governor Joan Ferguson
- Tried to have Matt Fletcher fired
- Schemed to have Will Jackson arrested as Bea Smith’s accomplice
- Had her thug/hitman run Matt Fletcher down with a car
- Had Bea drugged so she’d appear crazy
- Planted drugs on Nash so he’d be sent back to prison
- Physical and mental abuse of prisoners
