iZombie’s Detective Clive Babineaux is one fortunate police officer. He has two partners, a zombie (but he doesn’t know that) and his new gal pal, sassy FBI Agent Dale Bozzio.

Since her arrival in the iZombie universe, FBI Agent Dale Bozzio has stirred things up at the Seattle Police Department, particularly with Detective Clive Babineaux.  Initially reluctant to share information on his investigation with the bureau, Clive has since warmed to Bozzio’s charms.

Who wouldn’t? Actress Jessica Harmon has such an infectious personality that spills over into her portrayal of Bozzio.  Harmon and Malcolm Goodwin have an undeniable chemistry that makes their scenes a joy to watch.  Sure, Clive has a great working relationship with Liv, but with Dale, it’s something more.  They are partners both professionally and romantically.  Plus, I’ve never seen Clive smile more than when he’s with Dale.

Jessica Harmon’s arrival on iZombie this season has been a breath of fresh air.  The Bozzie/Babineaux pairing is definitely a winner and one that I’d like to see grow.  However, as Dale is discovering more on Blaine, which will lead her to uncovering the truth about the Seattle zombies, one has to wonder whether this information will put her in danger and her relationship with Clive in jeopardy.
