She’s a young actress with big talent.  She’s Gracyn Shinyei and she celebrates her birthday April 14th.

Although Gracyn hasn’t been performing long, she has already amassed a long list of film and television credits.  She played the child version of Amara/The Darkness on The CW’s long running series Supernatural and currently stars as Emily Montgomery in Hallmark’s heartwarming drama, When Calls The Heart. Gracyn has a range to her acting to rival adult actors.

I interviewed Gracyn in March and was very impressive by her.  She is a young girl that is focused and grounded in not only her acting career but her education as well. I credited her parents with the encouragement and support they provide.  Gracyn is home schooled, which allows her to pursue her acting career.  She also enjoys dancing.

I wish Gracyn and her older brother Valin continued success with their careers.  And I hope Gracyn has a very happy birthday filled with fun, happiness and love.
