It’s the Fall Finale of This Is Us and in the episode titled “Last Christmas,”what will the holidays be like for The Pearsons?

Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “The Pearsons discover Dr. K alone at the hospital on Christmas Eve after Kate’s afflicted with appendicitis. In the present, Kevin celebrates Hanukkah with Olivia; Kate pursues her big surgery; and someone from William’s past resurfaces.”
