The Alpha Vamp (Rick Worthy) last seen in the Season 7 episode “There Will Blood” is back in the Supernatural episode airing March 2.

The episode is titled “The Raid.” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “A chance to take out a nest of vampires backfires when the alpha-vamp shows up and turns the tables on Mary and the British Men of Letters, who are doing their best to recruit Sam and Dean.”
