Reaper Billie (Lisa Berry) makes an appearance in the Supernatural episode airing November 9.

The episode is titled “Advanced Thanatology”  Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Sam and Dean investigate a case involving the ghost of a demented doctor and get assistance from Billie. Meanwhile, Castiel finds his way back to the Winchesters.”
