With Barry (Grant Gustin) convicted for DeVoe’s murder and locked up in Iron Heights, Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) has to step up as the hero to protect Central City in The Flash episode airing January 23.

The episode is titled “The Elongated Knight Rises” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “When a familiar villain returns to terrorize Central City, Ralph must rise up to defend the innocent while Barry is detained by his trial. Meanwhile, Barry searches for the strength to keep his optimism alive in the face of his new circumstances.”
