Party of Five follows the five Acosta children—Emilio, Lucia, Beto, Valentina and baby Rafa—as they navigate daily life struggles to survive as a family unit after their parents are suddenly deported to Mexico (Disney ABC Press).

Season 1 Episode 7 is titled “Speak For Yourself” Here is the synopsis: “Lucia decides to host a fundraiser at the restaurant and finds her voice along the way. Emilio faces an identity crisis. Beto goes behind Ella’s back. Val struggles to maintain her false identity, but is outed to a member of the family.”
