The Dunphy kids are in for an unpleasant surprise when they deliver breakfast in bed for Phil and Claire’s anniversary. Meanwhile, Mitchell and Cameron covet a table at a hip new restaurant owned by a fellow parent (Rachael Harris) at Lily’s preschool; and an e-mail may spoil a trip to Las Vegas for Jay and Gloria.

Jay helps Manny sell wrapping paper for a school fund-raiser; Claire campaigns for a stop sign at a busy intersection; Phil and Luke throw themselves into making a viral-video sensation; Gloria loses Stella the dog.

Jay arranges for a trip to Las Vegas with deluxe accommodations for the Pritchett adults, but he’s convinced they can find even pricier digs. Meanwhile, Claire tries to recover her gambling losses from years ago; Phil auditions for a secret society of magicians; Cameron opts for a friend’s bachelor party instead of a day at the spa with Mitchell; and Gloria worries that Jay will find a female companion for his dog butler, Barkley.
10:00-10:30 Connection Lost
Claire’s stuck at the airport and her computer is her lifeline when she’s trying to contact Haley after a big fight, and the whole family gets involved in the online drama.
10:30-11:00 The Alliance
Haley plans a girls’ day out for Rainer Shine’s teen daughter. Meanwhile, Luke gets into an awkward situation with a widow at the club and unknowingly helps Jay with his petition; and Gloria, Phil and Cam swear a secret oath to keep incriminating personal information hidden from their spouses.
