Supergirl returns for Season 5 on October 6, 2019.

Season 5 Episode 15 is titled “Reality Bytes” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Nia’s roommate gets attack by someone who is after Dreamer; Dreamer puts herself in danger to confront the man; Alex, J’onn and Kelly try to rescue someone who is stuck in a VR escape room.”
