Grant Gustin has gained a legion of fans and become a superhero to viewing audiences as Barry Allen in The Flash.

With his boyish good looks and charm, Grant is very convincing as Barry Allen, who becomes The Flash after an accident. Grant has qualities that have helped elevated the character above the standard comic book superhero.

Grant first got the attention of television audiences when he played Sebastian Smythe in Glee.  When the character of Barry Allen appeared in a season two episode of Arrow, it was only meant as a short-term part.  But as luck would have it, The Flash got picked up for a pilot and the series has become one of The CW’s success stories.

As Grant Gustin celebrates his birthday on January 14, fans all over wish him much success in his career and thank him for giving us a hero to respect, love and admire.
