Rock fans will be very happy indeed.  It was announced earlier this morning that Sting and Peter Gabriel will be launching a joint rock tour called Rock Paper Scissors this summer.

The tour will begin on June 21 in Columbus, OH and conclude on July 24 in Alberta, Canada

For this tour Sting and Peter Gabriel are going to be performing separately and together songs of each other’s as well as their own songs from their own music catalogs.

This Wednesday, fans will be able to pre-purchase tickets prior to the general ticket purchasing. The price range for tickets is $45-$55.  In cities such as Philadelphia, New York City, Washington, Los Angeles, San Jose, Montreal, Lake Tahoe, Calgary and Edmonton, the general ticket purchasing starts at 10:00am on January 25 by Live Nation.  And fans in Detroit, Worcester, Columbus, Wantagh, Chicago, Denver,Seattle and Milwaukee, general ticket purchasing starts at 10:00am on February 1 by Live Nation.
