The entertainment industry and fans alike are still buzzing about yesterday’s official Gilmore Girls revival announcement.

It has been reported that each of the 4-90 minutes episodes or ‘mini movies’ on Netflix will be based on one of the four seasons- Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

Series star Lauren Graham recently talked about the table read for the ‘Winter’ episode and the emotions she felt on seeing the Gilmore house set.  Even though it isn’t the original set from The CW series, the set stirred emotions for her as well as cast member Alexis Bledel (Rory) as I’m sure it will for fans.

Sadly, one notable cast member will be missing from the revival, Edward Hermann, who played Gilmore Girls patriarch, Richard.  The revival will address Richard Gilmore’s passing.

I’m sure I speak for many viewers when I say I’m totally stoked about this revival.  Gilmore Girls was a large part of my life and I’m happy to be able to see my old Stars Hollow friends again.
