Supernatural’s Dean Winchester has always had to be responsible which didn’t allow for much time of a childhood.

The reason I enjoyed the Supernatural Season 10 episode “About a Boy”, which aired today as part of the Best of Season 10 Binge on TNT was  because we got see a fourteen year old Dean. Young Dean still had the mannerisms we enjoy in adult Dean. But he also had a youthful teen quality (and a love for Taylor Swift!)

Plus seeing Sam play the big brother was a refreshing change. Dylan Everett made a perfect teen Dean. He had the Jensen-isms down to a tee. And excellent chemistry with Jared Padalecki. The fountain of youth can hit Dean any time if it means the return of Everett as Young Dean.
