Being the son of General Hospital mob king pin Sonny Corinthos is not easy as youngest son Morgan can attest.

However, actor Bryan Craig who plays Morgan is more than up to the challenge. The son of Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright), Morgan has always lived in older brother Michael’s shadow even though Michael is not a biological Corinthos.

In an interesting development, it was revealed that Morgan suffers from Biopolar Disorder just like father Sonny. However whereas Sonny takes his medication to control his mood swings, Morgan has decided that he doesn’t need to take his. The ramifications of this decision has resulted in girlfriend Kiki (Hayley Erin) fighting for her life after being shot by gunrunners on the Port Charles docks due to Morgan’s interference in a deal.

Bryan Craig has given the character of Morgan depth and intensity. As a long time General Hospital viewer, I have watched the character of Morgan grow from an infant into an adult.  Craig has the physical resemblance to convincingly play the son of  Sonny.  But he also has the acting chops to match soap opera veteran  Maurice Benard. I see a young actor with talent and  bright future.
