According to Wikipedia, the word “freak” is commonly used to refer to a person with something strikingly unusual about their appearance or behavior. This definitely fits Governor Ferguson to a tee.

In addition to her “freakness,” Joan Ferguson is also a dangerous menace and doesn’t let anyone get in her way and will stop at nothing-including murder-to reach her goals.

The Season 3 Finale of Wentworth, “Blood and Fire” saw Governor Joan Ferguson finally being caught and on her way to paying for her actions.  But can someone like Ferguson be rehabilitated?
