The intense and intriguing ABC drama Quantico is on tonight continuing the second half of season one and the stakes are high for Alex Parrish.

Quantico introduced Alex Parrish as an FBI trainee at the police academy at Quantico. Along the way, she is accused of being a terrorist when New York’s Grand Central is bombed. Throughout the narrative, viewers met Alex’s fellow trainees in an effort for she and viewers to identify the bomber.

There were many twists and turns as several characters throughout the series appeared guilty at one point or the other.

After the events of the midseason finale and midseason premiere, the question is can Quantico sustain the momentum to hold viewers’ interest for the rest of the season?

Quantico has already been renewed for a second season but as we have seen in the past, season 2 usually means a “slump”.  Here’s hoping that Quantico can continue to build on stories and characters to ensure it a successful and long television run.

Quantico airs Sundays at 10/9c on ABC.
