Sam and Dean face Amara’s Black Vein virus again in tonight’s Supernatural episode “Don’t Call Me Shurley.”

Official Synopsis from The CW: “Amara (guest star Emily Swallow) unleashes a dark fog on a small town, causing everyone to go mad. Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) realizes it is a stronger version of the one Amara previously released. They team up with the sheriff to protect the town but their old remedy no longer works. Meanwhile, Chuck (Rob Benedict) returns with an interesting proposal.”
