We at The Nerdy Girl Express love Funko and we especially love their Pops. When Funko announced that the upcoming Legion of Collectors box, Women of DC, would have a never before made Pop character we went a little crazy. If this character has never been a Funko Pop before, who could she be?

Since the box is Women of DC I’m thinking it’s safe to say that this will be a female character. You could throw me a curve ball Funko, but I don’t think you’ll go that outside of the box. Okay, with it narrowed down ever so slightly to only female characters from the DC Universe there are still tons of characters that it could be. We started to work out which characters have already been made into Pops, which was much harder than we expected. Now the promo images for the box included Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, and Batgirl. All three of those women have all appeared as Funko Pops in some variation already, but that got me thinking.

With two of those figures making their start in Batman I thought Oracle might be a possibility. The Killing Joke just released as an animated movie and that is what brings us Oracle in Batman comics so it could work as a tie in. The next one to come up was Hawkgirl, who we didn’t think had appeared as a Funko Pop yet, I thought she could tie into DC TV. I know that box already happened, but they might want to expand the Pops they offer for those shows.

            

We also had a couple more Batman themed ideas. Carrie Kelley was suggested. In case you don’t know who Carrie is, she’s a Robin. She is super cool in the animated The Dark Knight Returns. It involves a Batman vs. Superman like plot, but there are nukes involved. Oh and Green Arrow only has one hand. The final idea we had was Zatanna. She’s going to be in the upcoming Justice League Dark animated movie, plus she has super cool magic powers.
