The new season of Dancing With The Stars begins in a few weeks and this morning on Good Morning America, the new cast was announced.
In addition to the celebrity cast announcements, Dancing With The Stars champions Cheryl Burke and Derek Hough are returning for Season 23.
Season 23 will have the reality dancing competition’s usual trademark of television, sports and musical personalities. The Season 23 cast are as follows:
Maureen McCormick (paired with Artem Chigvintsev), the icon television star of the classic sitcom The Brady Bunch.
Calvin Johnson Jr. (paired with Lindsay Arnold) referred by some in the football world as NFL’s best wide receiver of all-time.
Jake T. Austin (paired with Jenna Johnson) a film and television actor known from his starring role on Disney channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place.
Amber Rose (paired with Maksim Chmerkovskiy) a model, actor, talk show host, activist, author and spokeperson.
Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds (paired with Allison Hoker), a well-known 11-time Grammy Award performing artist.
Laurie Henandez (paired Valentin Chmerkovskiy), and 2016 Olympic medalist for gymnastics.
Marilu Henner (paired with returning pro dancer Derek Hough), an actress of film, stage and television who’s best known for her role on Taxi.
Robert Van Winkle aka Vanilla Ice (paired with Witney Carson), a rap/pop icon on the 1990s.
Rick Perry (paired with Emma Slater) the former governor of Texas and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
James Hinccliffe (paired with Sharna Burgess), a popular driver of Verizon Indy Car.
Ryan Lochte (paired with Cheryl Burke), a 12-time Olympic medalist for swimming.
Jana Kramer (paired with Gleb Savchenko), an award-winning country artist.
Terra Jolé (paired with Sasha Farber), star and executive producer of Lifetime’s Little Women: LA and Terra’s Little Family.
Dancing With The Stars premieres Monday, September 12 at 8/7c on ABC.
