The Flash begins Season 3 tonight October 4.  The Season Premiere episode is titled “Flashpoint” and will find Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) facing a different life since he changed the past in last season’s finale and prevented the murder of his mother, Nora (Michelle Harrison).

Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Season 3 begins with Barry living his dream life and no longer having to be the one saving the city now that Kid Flash has taken over that duty. But soon disaster strikes and Barry must decide if he wants to continue to live in an alternate universe or return to his life as the Flash.”
