For Supernatural’s Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) religion and divine beings haven’t always played nicely together. And their last experience with a religious family turned out to be a cult of werewolves.  And if the title of the Supernatural episode “American Nightmare airing November 3 is any indication, the Winchester brothers are not in for a fun time.

Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Sam and Dean investigate a case that leads them to a devout religious family who live off the grid. The brothers realize that the parents are hiding a huge secret that could destroy them all. Meanwhile, Dean struggles to accept Mary’s latest decision.”
