It’s the Hope Valley School Carnival tonight on the When Calls The Heart episode airing March 5.
The episode is titled “Heart of Truth.” Here is the synopsis from Hallmark Channel: “To raise money for new school supplies, Elizabeth and the kids throw a carnival. But for Phillip, the new kid in Elizabeth’s classroom, the carnival sheds new light, and possibly even hope, on his relationship with his distant father.”
