Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) is back in the Arrow episode airing May 17.

The episode is titled “Missing” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Black Siren returns to help Chase; Felicity organizes a birthday party for Oliver; Lance is furious after Rene misses the custody hearing for his daughter.”
