Party of Five follows the five Acosta children—Emilio, Lucia, Beto, Valentina and baby Rafa—as they navigate daily life struggles to survive as a family unit after their parents are suddenly deported to Mexico (Disney ABC Press).

Season 1 Episode 5 is titled “Rafa” Here is the synopsis from TV Guide: “Just when Emilio thinks he has it together, baby Rafa becomes ill. After a visit to the ER, the Acosta siblings re-evaluate how to approach parental duties. Ella and Beto become closer and Lucia continues to risk her safety for Matthew.”
